Refund policy

Once received the merchandise you must check it, with a period of 24 hours to notify us of possible incidents about the status or delivery of the items that make up your order. In the case of broken or damaged boxes you must notify it on the delivery note of the goods. After this period Nicolau Roset SL will not be responsible for the claims in this regard.
Before making such a return the customer must contact Nicolau Roset SL within the period indicated via the email Nicolaujewels@gmail.com indicating the process of return: any return without this previous communication will not be processed.
To be able to process the return must be both the product and its packaging in perfect condition, without scratches, or broken or damaged packaging and including all the documentation that accompanies the product and its accessories.
The client must carry out a correct packaging that ensures their transport without damage. Shipping costs, unless they are by mistake or defective goods, will be borne by the customer.
Once received and verified by staff of Nicolau Roset SL that the product is in the same state in which it was sent, the amount will be refunded.
Returns of bad material will not be accepted due to misuse, or by mistake in the configuration of the customization of the same.
