Shipping policy

Nicolau Roset SL commits to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the client and that, in any case, must be within the Spanish territory. In order to optimize the delivery process, the address given by the client must be an address where the delivery can be made within the normal working hours.
If at the time of delivery of the product at the indicated address, the customer is absent, the carrier will leave a notice stating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. If, after ten (10) calendar days from the date of the notice, the customer has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to the warehouses of Nicolau Roset SL and the customer must be made. charge of shipping and return costs, as well as any associated management costs.
Nicolau Roset SL will not be responsible for any errors or damages caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the client does not fit the desired delivery place by the same.
At the time of delivery of the order, the customer must sign the delivery receipt and request a copy of the same from the carrier.
Shipping costs are € 6 for shipments to the Iberian Peninsula and € 12 for the Balearic Islands. No shipping available for Ceuta, Melilla or Canary Islands at this time.
